Cancellation Policy

We appreciate you choosing Abae Hotel for your upcoming stay. Please take note of our cancellation policies, which may vary depending on the rate selected during your reservation:

• Standard Rate Reservation:

Cancellation is free of charge if made up to 3 days before the arrival date. Please email us at reservations@abaehotel.com to cancel.

Cancellations or modifications within 3 days of the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the total room revenue.

• Non-refundable and Pre-paid Promotional Rates:

These rates are fully prepaid, non-refundable, and non-transferrable, even in cases of force majeure/acts of God.

• Third-Party Bookings:

Reservations made through third-party sites are subject to their cancellation policies and fees. Please contact them directly for any cancellations or modifications.

• Other Reservations:

Unless otherwise noted on your confirmation, cancellations must be made up to 7 days before the arrival date to avoid penalties. Failure to cancel will result in a charge equivalent to 100% of the total room revenue if you do not show up.

Resort Access

The following items are included in the daily $43 resort fee per room plus tax and applied at the time of check-in:

• Access to rooftop pool
• Complimentary WiFi
• Unlimited local calls
• Espresso machine
• In room Vero Water

Valet

We’re pleased to offer valet service for all vehicles (Excluding big trucks) during your stay at Abae Hotel. The cost is $39 plus tax per overnight.

Pet Policies

At Abae Hotel, we strive to create a comfortable and welcoming environment for all our guests. We kindly ask for your understanding that, while we adore our furry friends, we can only accommodate ADA service animals on our premises.

This policy ensures the safety and comfort of all our guests, including those with allergies or other sensitivities. While we understand the bond between pets and their owners, our focus is on maintaining a peaceful and inclusive atmosphere for everyone.

Package Fee

We offer package holding for $5/day plus taxes for items delivered before your arrival. Enjoy peace of mind knowing your parcels are safe until check-in.

Early Check-in Fee:

• Up to $100 + taxes, depending on arrival time.

Late Check-out Fee:

• 11:00 am to 1:00 pm: $50 + taxes
• 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm: $120 + taxes
• After 3:00 pm: Price of one night’s stay + Hotel Fee + taxes.

We’re happy to store your luggage for free until your room is ready or on the day of your departure.
