General Reservation Information

• Reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card when you book your room. The hotel will charge the first night at the time of booking. Blackout dates are subject to their own rules.
• Check-in after 3 PM.
• Check-out by 11 AM.
• You must be 18+ to book a room. For security purposes, please provide a valid government or state-issued photo ID at check-in. To cover incidentals, we’ll hold $100 on your credit card and we’ll authorize additional funds as needed based on your additional incidental charges. Know there is a smoking fee of $500.

Credit Cards

Must be presented upon check and must be the same credit card used to make the reservation. If guests are booking on behalf of someone else, they must contact the hotel directly to arrange for third party billing.

Cancellation Policy

Reservation must be cancelled 7 days prior to arrival to avoid 100% penalty.

Resort Access

The following items are included in the daily $35 resort fee per room plus tax and applied at the time of check-in:

• Access to rooftop pool
• Complimentary WiFi
• Unlimited local calls
• Espresso machine
• In room Vero Water
• 10% Discount on Joe & the Juice on-site purchases. Valid for any food and beverage.

Valet

Valet Service is offered for all vehicles at $39 plus tax per day.

Pet Policies

Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in our property.

Package Fee

$5.99 Package Holding Fee Applies to each package delivered to the hotel.

Early Arrivals / Late Departures

Book an early flight? Want to sleep in? We’ll do our very best to accommodate you — just let us know in advance. There is a $50 plus tax fee for early in based on availability. If we can’t, we’ll gladly stow your luggage safely and securely, until you’re ready to move on. There is a late departure fee of one night’s stay plus tax.
